YSLYQY control cable - Construction

 1. Conductor : fine-stranded bare copper.

 2. Core insulation : polyvinylchloride (PVC).

 3. Inner sheath : polyvinylchloride (PVC).

 4. Braiding : galvanised steel wires. 

5. Outer sheath : polyvinylchloride (PVC), transparent,

increased oil resistance.

 Nominal voltage Uo/U : 300 / 500 V.

 Test voltage : 2000 V (AC).

 Temperature range : motion : - 5° C to + 70° C; 

fixed : -40° C to + 70° C. 

Operating temperature : 150° C (short circuit).

 Short circuit time : 5 seconds max.

 Bending radius : min. 6 x diameter.   

Cable standard : adapted to DIN VDE 0281. 

Construction : DIN EN 60228 class 5.

 Core identification : HD 308 S2. 

JZ: 1 core green/yellow, other cores black with figures core identification.  

OZ: every core black with figures.

 Flammability : EN 60332-1-2.
