- PVC insulated and sheathed instrumentation cable 500 V Applications
These instrumentation cables are used for the transmission of digital and analogue signals in instrument and control systems at chemistry and petrochemistry plants, power plants, natural gas and petroleum plants, etc... . Instrumentation cables are not allowed to be directly connected to low impedance sources, e.g. public mains electricity supply. For applications at 105° C heat, RE-Yw(St)YwSWAYw-PIMF cables are suitable. With blue sheath it is suitable for naturally safe systems. The armour above the inner sheath protects the cable from mechanical shocks. These cables are recommended for direct burial. They are for indoor and outdoor installation, in dry and wet locations; on racks, trays, in conduits.
