Construction
 

Conductor      : stranded copper wires, class 5.

Insulation       : PVC compound, TI2.

Core identif.    : according to DIN EN 50334 black cores with
                       white numerals with green/yellow from 3 cores.
Lay-up            : cores laid up in layers of optimum pitch.
Inner sheath   : PVC compound, TM2, RAL 7001, grey.
Screen           : braid of tinned copper wires, 85% coverage.

Outer sheath   : PVC compound, TM5, oil and flame resistant.
Sheath colour : RAL 7001, grey.

Applications
 
These screened oil and flame resistant flexible cables are used in mechanical engineering for instrumentation and control equipment, in tooling machinery, production lines and flexible applications which require free movement without tensile load and without forced movement.
They can be installed in dry, moist and wet rooms.
The screen above the inner sheath protects against external interference pulses and ensures an interference-free transmission.
Transfer impedance is max. 250 Ω/km at 30MHZ.
These cables should not be used for outdoor or underground installation.
