Conductor      : extra flexible copper wires, plain; IEC 60228 Class 6,
                       DIN EN 60228 Class 6.
Insulation       : PP (polypropylene) compound, 9Y.
Core identif.    : numbered cores or colour coded cores.
Lay-up           : cores laid up in layers of optimum pitch.
Separator       : textile material.
Inner Sheath  : special compound, RAL 7001,Grey.
Screen           : braid of tinned copper wires, 85% coverage.
Outer sheath  : PUR (polyurethane) compound, 11YM1.
Sheath colour : RAL 7001, Grey (to be agreed upon the shade of grey).

Applications
This control cable is resistant to oil, cold and extreme mechanical load and designed for applications where high cable flexibility is required. This type is more economical than 6512-C PUR; it has a high service period, can be used for instrumentation, control and connection of control units in mechanical tool construction, conveyor and assembly lines, production lines.
It can be used in any areas where continuous bending loads require free movement without pulling force and areas where low tensile load forced movement is required. It can be installed in dry, humid, wet and cold places.
The screen above the inner sheat protects against external interference pulses and ensures an interference-free transmission, transfer impedance being maximum 250 Ω/km at 30 MHz.
