Conductor      : extra flexible copper wires, plain; IEC 60228 Class 6,
                       DIN EN 60228 Class 6.
Insulation      : special PVC compound.
Core identif.   : according to TS/DIN EN 50334 black cores with
                       white numerals with green/yellow from 3 cores.
Lay-up           : cores laid up in layers of optimum pitch.
Separator       : textile material.
Inner Sheath  : PVC compound, TM2; RAL 7001,Grey.
Screen           : braid of tinned copper wires, 85% coverage.
Outer sheath  : PUR (polyurethane) compound, 11YM1.
Sheath colour : RAL 7001, Grey (to be agreed upon the shade of grey).

This oil-resistant, high flexibility shielded PUR control cable is designed for applications where flexibility is required. This cables can be used in robot technology, machine industry, construction control and connection units, instrumentation and any other ares where the load lines need free movement without mechanical stress.
The screen above the inner sheat protects against external interference pulses and ensures an interference-free transmission; transfer impedance is max. 250 ohm/km at 30 MHz.
